Hommco aims to keep shipping simple and predictable. Shipping is free on every order placed within the United States.
Shipping Locations
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Delivery Times
- Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (EDT). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which can add one day to the delivery estimate.
- Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, an order is handed to one of our carriers.
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6–9 business days.
Delivery windows are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control.
Carrier Services
Orders within the United States are delivered by USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum order requirement.
- Paid Shipping: for destinations outside our free shipping zones, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery runs late or a package goes missing, please contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase it with the carrier and see the order through.
Tracking Your Order
An email containing the tracking number is sent as soon as an order ships. Shipments can be followed on our Order Tracking Page.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any change appears on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Periodic review is encouraged. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
